MAANVI...

by shegarf....

Not a moment to be still
Life needs to be lived
Not a minute of ease
Or my life could go by like a breeze
My soul calls to play
Be active be a fire
My mind runs its own world
Heedless to the useless regulations
I live by my rules
I love by my realizations
Of what someone means to me
I make mistakes
I am human
I may be young and carefree
But I weigh each situation
I feel that each moment in life
Should be cherished and valued
Like the unattainable treasure
In alone island
I am a giver I give
I am righteous I fix
I am a shade I protect
I am MAANVI
If I love you
You are mine
I pray for your happiness
Over my own life

Maanvi....one who has all qualities...yet her reality
unknown...hiding herself behind a laugh

Being the bubbly, mischievous, impulsive sort of a girl, Maanvi comes across
as a happy go lucky, next door girl that everyone can connect to easily.
Here is one girl whom every common girl can relate to… Who had been the
careless troublemaker in the beginning and had evolved constantly as a
person as the days went by- just like you or I would.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

She is a loyal friend, a loving sister, a caring family girl and a
spontaneous lover girl. Though most of the times her good intentions
backfire at her, and she lands in trouble, resulting in her elder
sister’s interference to save her skin, She is someone who lives life to
the fullest, she has her own principles in life and doesn’t mind about
anyone else's consent to live her life the way she wants to.

She loves her sister unconditionally- so much that she can’t let her go and
live in a far off place, But still, her love for her sister overcame
all her insecurities and she willingly played cupid for her sister’s
life.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

When one wonders if this lively girl would take anything seriously, the girl
went on to prove that she could, when her sister got married. With no
one to pull her out of trouble anymore, the girl did show she was
matured enough to handle herself and still maitained her trademark
cheerful demeanor.

Maanvi is someone who wouldn’t stop at anything to show the world what is
right. She is confrontational by nature and though this made the
Vaderas, especially Swamini to think she isn’t matured enough. But
thanks toher childlike impulsiveness, she is not taken seriously by
anyone - she is the one who thinks out of the box to help people. Be it
for Virat or Jeevika or Viren or Dabbu, or Swamini or Inder Chacha- or
anyone for that matter. In all that, an amazing quality of hers is her
ability to demarcate what can be told to the concerned person and what
needs to be kept away. She does mistakes like any of us, but she learnt
to develop the ability to weigh a situation and act accordingly and
utilizer her cheerful appearance to her advantage.

Is it possible to be cheerful, naughty, and careless and still act matured
at the same time? Maanvi is one who can easily shout out a big yes to
the question. While one would expect Maanvi to pretend to fall out with
Virat to save her sister’s marriage- No one would have expected her to
stand byVirat with such maturity when the brothers fell out and Virat
got detached from the family. A dutiful wife, a moral supporter any man
could ask for as a life partner- Maanvi is a surprise package by all
means- it is always expect the unexpected with her in picture…

We reserve the best for the last, and that’s why the desserts come last…
Here is the crown jewel character of Maanvi- her courage and will power.
Generally Maanvi was always used to put a brave front in most of the
situations, and her ultimate trial to exhibit her courage came up when
she was diagnosed with Leukemia. Fighting for one’s life against fate
requires a courage, positivity and will power of a different caliber. To
be putting up a brave front when encountering death on the face, To
fight for life at such an young age, to undergo the pain and agony of a
very torturous treatment, to face the situation when her most beloved
sister had to let go her baby to save her and yet be cheerful, have
lighter moments in life and cheers others around her too - is not an
easy task and the girl willingly handled it beautifully even in such a
direful situation. She faced the toughest phase of her life with a what
some may attitude.

Here is a salute to a girl who can be a naughty kid and a nurturing woman at
the same time, a considerate human being who would think twice to go
out of her way to lend a helping hand to people, a strong willed,
courageous girl who not only taught us not only to stand up for what one
believes in, but also to stand for the right to live too… Be it
fighting against stringent authoritarians or fighting against the face
of death - she inspired many to go for it and enjoy life to the fullest!

Vi a brilliant tribute to Maanvi! You have depicted her character wonderfully!
The sisters love for the other is indeed very commendable....I love how both keeping balance of the other relations manage the special bonding.

Thanks Meenu, your Poem is fantastic too...
The girl reminds me of one thing the most- If you can never be a child at times, there is no point in being a grown either!
