A mothers' heart

Post by slmu on 2013-12-23, 13:22

Ishita's mother has always been a bit OTT. She built castles in the air about Raman without any basis. But it was really touching to see her after Ishita's engagement date is finalized.

She can't help but call up Subbu's mother to invite them for the engagement while gloating. And she fills a tray with sweets, charges up to the Bhallas' and gloats there too - especially because she has been soundly insulted by them for dreaming about Raman as a damaad.

Couldn't help but smile at her satisfaction :)

So true.. I can understand her gloating though it would have been better if she hadn't

Mmmm I agree with you all, but with a well-behaved Amma this soap wouldn't be even half as much fun   :joker: Sometimes I watch through parted fingers - it's a bit of car crash. Can't bear to watch it. But can't look away either!
