Jodha Akbar: The Mother in every woman!

Post by Nanayaa623 on 2014-11-18, 22:54

Salim recalls how jodha asked for Salim’s punishment from Jalal and how Rukaiya  supported him , Salim moves back and doesn’t let his mother apply cream,  says Salam Begum Sahiba,  give food to this poor, I am hungry,  MUZ sits on her knees and applies cream on his wounds, Salim winces in pain, MUZ feels  emotional pain within  looks at him and then gives him food, Salim takes food from her hands and runs from there.  Yet still the mother in MUZ want to know where her son is staying and the reason he step back from her she followed up despite the King 's rule. In her pain she is happy to see her son developing good qualities and runs to confess to her husband and King that she has broken his rule to see her son from afar.  Well she is a mother after all and not just MUZ or wife.

I as a woman myself  I will not accept any fictional storyline  that shows or implies that MUZ neglected her children and was more supportive of her husband in everything or decision  therefore she had no love or bonding with her own children so other wives became mothers  to  her children : total nonsense!

Those writers and Ekta are they themselves fathers and mothers? Those elderly actors and actresses who work day and night in this Serial have they neglected their children and the love bonding  with them or they make time no matter how little it comes in their challenging jobs and responsibilities to spend with their beloved children or loved ones?

Even if MUZ was a 'career oriented woman' that does not implies that she will or neglected her own children at that expense.  There is absolutely nothing new under the sun from generation to generation we only recycle them in a different form and each generation get stake with some ideas and norms!  But divine and universal laws of nature remains on changed.

In today's generation royalties we all know for example the Crown Prince and his wife  in England  both are seen as young parents and all have huge  responsibilities both personal and duty wise  to the nation therefore royal nannies are provided to enable them perform both sides of the demanding responsibilities.  So if in Akbar's time his MUZ was involved in such responsibilities  and had royal nannies to help her or other wives either barren or had their own children or  are tasked and were responsible for children up bring or help out  it doesn't make the mother who carried the child in her womb for nine months and went through the labour process less bonding with her own children or love them less and preferred her responsibilities  in the society or her role as a wife or  other duties over her children (mothering her children with love and teaching them good values). If in that situation her helpers whoever they might have been had other ulterior motives it is completely their cup of tea.  MUZ is and was and will always be their mother only!

Even a woman  who suffers from puerperal psychosis is even still connected with their own child in a delusional way and so is a barren woman who craves to hold her own child in her arms how much a normal mother!  It is a God given 'Intrinsic intuition'  that cannot be conquered by any situation or circumstance. So is a woman who gives their children for adoption after years still seek their child's well being in secret and many regret given them up for adoption. That sharing of umbilical cord during pregnancy is cut at birth but the bond is a spiritual one that cannot be broken in a life time.

If a child grows up to dishonor and detach from his father or especially his own mother it is his own doom ( which could be due to reasons and many factors) and the responsibility is a life time commitment and both parent and child have their parts to play.

As the saying goes":

"Honor your father and your mother that your days are prolonged"

"Cursed is anyone who dishonors their father or mother"

"Parents do not provoke your children to anger but bring therm up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord"

Now those who have the medium of transmission through the airwaves have a responsibilities to the society to create storyline that bring both sides of the equation in a careful and thoughtful process  using wisdom to impact education in the form of entertainment.  When they fail to do so what is they value and contribution to their society?  Should it be  getting rich at the expense of the society or what?

More so if CV team and Ekta leave these historical figures alone and they use their own fictional names still the contents or storyline is not good enough! It lack the fundamental element 'wisdom'!
